How it works

  1. Add the person being appraised. They complete a self-assessment.
  2. They invite the colleagues who see them work. Each gets a private link, with no account to create.
  3. Once enough responses are in, a confidential report is ready, with a development plan built from it.

Answers stay anonymous

Reports only ever show the picture across a group, never who said what, and nothing appears at all until at least three colleagues have answered. People tell you the truth when they know it cannot be traced back to them.
